For the last seven months, I've been using 10to8 to manage my appointments. These bookings have to be shared with a third party that created the 10to8 account. From my perspective, the system has performed excellently. I get an automatic calendar entry sent to my chosen calendar, plus I receive timely reminders about my appointments. It's a fantastic system, and I definitely recommend giving 10to8 a try.

It's super simple to navigate. The booking page looks great. There's a choice for clients to pay when they book. Customer service is solid.

Getting everything set up was a tad tricky, but once I got the hang of it, things started to come together. After entering all the necessary info and configuring the calendar, you gotta dive into the calendar to add the classes or appointments you’re offering so they actually show up on the link you share with your clients. This part wasn’t super clear in the setup guide and took me a bit to sort out. I think there might be some confusion between the bookings and the Zoom meetings. I really need to keep an eye on this to make sure everything's in sync. It would be great to have an automatic message sent to clients after they book, including the Zoom details. Maybe that’s something included in the paid version?

This is an awesome tool that really adds great value, and I reckon it's a must-have for folks wanting to connect with others, whether in person or online. What a brilliant concept!

Awesome platform - super user-friendly and my customers are really loving it too. It requires some effort to get everything set up, and it would be fantastic if they had a live chat option since it took more than a week to communicate via email with the support team, who were really helpful.

This is super handy. A good 80% of my clients utilize this service to schedule appointments with me. I really hope the Japanese translation could be improved, and having a notification feature on my phone would be even more awesome.

10to8 is a total game changer in my opinion! As a school counselor working with students online, I really can’t afford to waste time setting up Zoom calls, sending out links, and trying to sync everything to my calendar. Thankfully, 10to8 handles all that for me. It even sends out reminders to folks who book appointments. The customer service is absolutely fantastic. I’m not the most tech-savvy person, so I appreciate a bit of help now and then. Being on the other side of the world means my messages come in at night, but I always receive a personalized reply, and they stick with me until everything’s sorted out. In short, give it a shot. I’m just using the free version, and I’m absolutely loving it!!!
